KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and track Piaggio Vietnam's (PVN) daily and weekly cash flow to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive actual cash flow reports, including weekly, monthly, and year-to-date (YTD) updates, with variance analysis and clear explanations compared to previous periods.
• Collect relevant data to build cash flow forecasts, including estimated inflows and outflows, and propose a suitable funding structure for short, medium, and long-term horizons.
• Identify and recommend necessary adjustments based on forecasted cash flow to optimize financial planning and liquidity management.
• Proactively anticipate potential cash flow risks or deviations, ensuring financial targets are met and timely alerts are raised to management for corrective actions.
• Develop ad-hoc cash flow reports as required by the Board of Directors, Regional Office, and Headquarter (e.g. BOD Report, Dashboard).
• Lead the preparation of the annual cash flow budget and monitor progress against the full-year financial targets.
• Liaise with banks and insurance providers to manage credit facilities (short/medium/long-term loans) and oversee insurance policies and claims processes.
• Negotiate financial products and terms with partners to ensure optimal rates and structures aligned with the company's financial strategy.
• Analyze financial costs and incomes, assess the impact of FX revaluation, and evaluate exchange rate fluctuations on business performance.
• Review and validate accounting journal entries related to cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance in the financial system.
• Support additional tasks and assignments as requested by team leaders, managers, and the CFO.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or other relevant fields. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Flow Management, or Banking, preferably within multinational corporations. Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and budgeting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, formula logic).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for internal and external communication.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as solid understanding of IAS and VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards), is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with departments.
