Manage overall marketing communications and public relations work in collaboration with marketing stakeholders to achieve the strategic goals of Marcom (ATL/BTL/TTL).
 Supervise Marcom Team to maintain workforce and work efficiency.
 Manage integrated marketing communications campaigns from strategic planning, coordinating, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
 Manage digital marketing including websites and apps, AWO, social media, email marketing in coordination with
CEM/CRM team, affiliate marketing and e-commerce; leverage marketing technology to optimize omnichannel, automation, trending solutions to enhance the marketing performance.
 Manage KOL and influencer marketing through the development of a sustainable network to enhance the reputation of the
brand and company toward the public.
 Manage marketing communications content and creative assets through development, production, proofreading, distributing, and monitoring.
 Manage Public Relations including press relations, crisis management and function as a spokesperson of the company in PR
communications activities.
 Supervise corporate communication through the development of internal news and contents that aligns with the brand
and company's values.
 Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of Marcom and the business
 Report to Marketing DirectorQualified degree in marketing, PR communications, business management or related field
 Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
 IT knowledge and proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT...)
 At least 10 years of proven working experience in similar roles
 Strong understanding with practical knowledge of digital marketing, systems,and platforms
 Effective problem-solving and decisionmaking skills, mobile working ability
 Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent presentation, time and project managerial skills
 Extensive cross-functional collaboration ability and strong team-work spirit
