You’ll play a critical role in designing and maintaining the backbone of the platform — scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, while also mentoring junior team members and helping shape the system’s technical direction.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Optimize systems for performance and scalability, ensuring they can support high traffic and large datasets.
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Partner with DevOps to streamline CI/CD and ensure smooth service deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic technical planning.
• Stay current on industry trends and apply relevant innovations to enhance the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Django and Celery preferred.
• Familiarity with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
