Missions
Responsible for all commercial activities for Vietnam market, from managing the sales team to delivering the sales plan, supervising the Baking Center technical support activities. Responsible for sales performance in local market including profitability, sales volume, sales turnover, in line with the budget and with SAFVIET’s strategy and policy. Key contribution to top line growth with market share and sales turnover. Grow the local team to achieve the annual budget target and strategic goal.
Working from our HCMC sales office (Binh Tan district), with regular travels nationwide (factory in Long An, Hanoi office, all provinces to support sales activities).
Roles and Responsibilities
· Achieve the annual budget and great contributor of business growth both in market share and sales revenue.
· Seek for continuous improvement on sales channel management, both industrial and distribution network;
· Be proactive to understand the market trend and drive for innovation. Take % of innovation for business development;
· Accounts management on price, technical support and brands, optimize the sales efficiency;
· Sales, marketing, baking center multiple teams management and make the teams working together for common goal achievement.
2.1 Industrial Accounts & Projects
· Manage and develop of our sales (volume and turnover) and diversify our offer to Industrial accounts in Vietnam.
· Lead the organization of given marketing projects (exhibition, events,).
· Initiate sales support projects (promotion program, loyalty program, new products identification and launching program).
2.2 Trade segment
· Define a yearly budget including volumes and turnover for the sales (fresh yeast, dry yeast, improver) to the “trade segment”.
· Establish sales objectives and monthly forecasts for regions and monitor results.
· Define the sales policy in the trade market (price, credit terms, conditions), in coordination with the General director.
· Define and implement the action plans related to “trade segment” in Vietnam.
· Launch various promotional, marketing and technical activities in order to support your sales growth.
· Define and implement the tools needed for the team to work efficiently with our clients.
· Ensure a proper monthly reporting with sales team.
· Analyze and “control” “sales expenses”, “receivables”, volume and market shares evolutions. Implement action plans to correct deviating situations.
· Propose commercial activities and animations to keep sales team motivated.
· Ensure the coordination of sales team with accounting departments to ensure payment of our clients, with quality department for all complaints from the market, with production for optimized planning.
3. Others
· Ensure the performance of Baking Center activities supporting sales efficiently.
· Ensure sales team operation to comply with the company systems (HSE, FSSC, ISO, Halal,….)

· Proven successful Sales management experience, preferred in a food or ingredient company with a good knowledge of the B2B environment.

· Willingness to spend a major part of your time in the market.
· Expert trade negotiation skills.
· Good command of English & Ms. Office
· Willing to attend training proposed by the Company.
· Willing to take business trips in Vietnam (very regularly) or abroad when necessary.
