Mô tả công việc

Lead the team to understand and achieve the company goals and Brands expectations.
Be the main person to coordinate between different supply chain partners to deliver the best service and product to the brands
Be responsible for the communications with the brands from Development to Production
Lead and Manage the merhcandising team to deliver the most proactive and detailed work with the different development / manufacturing departments and suppliers
Manage the Development and the Production TNA. With a detal followup of material and progress status
Follow up closely the materials booking and in house date with purchasing Dpt
Followup closely all production steps and make sure L/D's, Preproduction samples, shade bands, size sets are complete before due date
Negotiate prices and leadtime with suppliers
Participate in PP meetings and drive the differnent departments to produce the right product
Review all samples and other items with merchandiser before sending to buyers
Coordinate with technical and qualiy team to make sure the product meets expectations

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 Years experience in garment merchandising
Experience in Handeling Denim is a Plus
High communication skills in English
Experience in technical merchandising is a plus
Experience in direct communication with brands
Challenge seeker and Goal achievements attitude
This Job is for candidates that are willing to work in an Ethical and Sustainable environements with a mindset of team work and continious improvement attitude

Được làm từ quần áo bỏ đi, STELAPOP biến rác thải thành sản phẩm có giá trị. Cho phép chúng ta bảo vệ cây cối và các bãi chôn lấp khí hậu để có một tương lai được tái sinh. Tất cả các nhà máy xử lý nước thải đều tạo ra một sản phẩm phụ độc hại gọi là bùn. Nhưng tại SAITEX, bùn được tách ra và vận chuyển đến một nhà máy gạch gần đó. Trộn với bê tông, vật liệu độc hại không còn có thể thải ra môi trường và gạch được sử dụng để xây dựng những ngôi nhà giá rẻ cho những người có nhu cầu.
