- To develop and organize library inventory
- To conduct regular checks and updates on database information
- To help patrons research reading materials and references
- To teach Vietnamese studies subject to foreign students
- To answer patrons’ questions via phone or email
- To publish and update content on the library’s website (e.g. book summaries, reviews, blog, etc.)
- To research and implement new information system techniques
- To organize and support library activities and promotional events
- To manage library budgeting and billing for new equipment
