OVERVIEW
The UGC Specialist will create, manage, and optimize UGC content ideas for clients, ensuring high quality and alignment with client expectations under AD's supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Ideation and Creation:
• Collaborate with the Art Director to develop creative UGC content based on client briefs.
• Propose two innovative ideas per brief.
• Write scripts and scenarios for UGC videos.
Trend Research and Identification:
• Monitor current trends on social media and content platforms.
• Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends for new content opportunities.
Coordination with Content Creators:
• Select and brief content creators on project requirements.
• Provide detailed guidelines for shoots, including plans, camera angles, tone, and style.
• Follow up with content creators to ensure quality.
Content Editing and Finalization:
• Review and edit videos from content creators for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the design studio to refine videos before final delivery.
Internal Collaboration:
Work with the team to develop and improve the internal content library.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, content creators, and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate UGC campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and content creation methods.
