Key responsibilities

- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Receive and sort daily incoming/outgoing mails of the office

- Monitor meeting room bookings

- Arrange transportation for staff

- Timely inform the building’s management to fix small facility repairs under the building’s responsibilities

- Submit monthly payment expenses of transportation, courier, newspapers,…

- Monitor Hanoi corporate hotels and assist in hotel booking when required

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager.

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist/ Secretary/Admin staff at international organizations being an advantage.

- Pleasant personality, ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

- Proactive, hard-working, responsible

- Ability to work in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

- University/ College graduate

- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese both written and verbal.
