Mô Tả Công Việc
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform accounting, bookkeeping activities and prepare financial reports
• Work with management team to develop and control the monthly and annual operating budgets
• Ensure budget controls, accounting and cash disbursement policies and procedures are followed
• Procure, pay, and accurately invoice, while maintaining strong relationships with all vendors and business partners
• Make timely collections and reconciliations
• Prepare and file all VN government tax, labor and other regulatory or licensing documents
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality for all finance, employee and contract matters
• Conduct all activities with a professional, mature demeanor including appropriate attire and attitude

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
• College or University Degree in Accounting or Finance (preference given for international study)
• Experience in an International or English language organization
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Very strong attention to detail and professional organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (will be tested in the interview process)
Requirements:
• Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment, a one-time relocation expense will be provided
• Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holiday as needed
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred
• 100% Non-smokers only
Salary:
