Streets International, Inc

We are seeking a ??????, ???-?????, ?????? ?????????, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with the Founder and Director of STREETS International. ??? ???????? ?? ?????? ?? ????-???? ??? ??? ???????? ??? ????? ???? ????? ????-???? ??????????. We need an excellent candidate with a proven track-record to work closely with the Founder in-person in HCMC and remotely.

Responsibilities include:

● Provide remote and in-person administrative & organizational support

● Edit and prepare documents, other material prep & timely hands-on logistics (printing, shipping, etc.)

● Communicate and coordinate with STREETS team members

● Create or supervise basic graphic design with great attention to detail

● Oversee and create social media content and postings

Requirements:

● Mature, experienced and flexible to work within the Founder’s schedule

● Proficient in Google and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Excellent written and spoken communication skills (Eng and Vn preferred)

● Exacting attention to detail and managing multiple activities

● HCMC-based and available for in-person meetings and assignments
