1/ JOB DESCRIPTION:
We would like to extend an invitation for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity, possess a deep passion for customer service, excel in a professional environment and have ambitions to grow in your career, we would love to have you on board.
- Online Interview Support
- Location: District 9/12, HCM.
-Working Time:
- 5 days/week, random off 2 days/week.(day shift/night shift)
- Responsibility: What will you do ?
- Offering troubleshooting assistance through various communication channels like email, chat, and messaging. This includes addressing concerns related to travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
- Assisting individuals by providing them with accurate and comprehensive information using the right tools and techniques.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
2/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from High School or Above.
- Fluent English is a must. ( work 100% in English)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
3/ BENEFITS: As a Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy:
- Foreigner Trainer

- Incentive up to 1,2M (depend on your performance KPIs)
