Mô tả công việc
As a Marketing Lead/Manager at SotaTek, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and expanding our reach in the IT outsourcing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy tailored to the IT outsourcing industry, aiming to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Team Leadership: Lead & mentor high-performing marketing team and IC team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and other content relevant to our target audience.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels while continuously enhancing brand reputation.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
At least 3 years experience as a Marketing Lead/Manager
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the IT outsourcing or technology industry.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and the technology landscape.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Creative thinker with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
