Main responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet Halal standards.
• Create menus that cater to Muslim guests and dietary requirements.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with Halal regulations.
• Oversee ingredient management, ensuring all products meet Halal standards, and manage inventory.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene in line with international and Islamic regulations.

Main requirements:

• Halal certification with at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar/ higher position.
• Solid knowledge in Halal menu design.
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to train staff, and a solid understanding of Halal standards.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, resorts, or fine dining preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Prefer to have working experience in CIS/GCC countries.
