• Check and analyze in parallel with the signed economic contract to compare costs and report the works.
• Check and control the advance, payment and settlement with the contractor.
• Check and monitor the payment and advance payment of construction materials according to the approved contract.
• Check and approve the responses of officials and employees.
• Check and track the wages of workers at the construction site.
• Check the data, compare the books of surplus materials, CCDC at the construction site bring back to the warehouse.
• Checking, synthesizing, storing copies of documents related to the works, the originals are transferred to the Chief Accountant for storage.
• Check and monitor the warranty and maintenance of works that have not expired.
• Check, monitor, compare, plan, expedite the collection of debts, for the works, regularly report progress and results to the Officer in charge.
• Check, monitor, compare, pay payables, make payment plan for subcontractors, suppliers according to construction progress and contract.
• Gather and tabulate the cost reports of the works when making payments.
• Monitor and prepare monthly reports such as:
• Summary table of receivables - payables to project partners.
• Summary of advance payment for internal debts of the works.
• Summary of costs in progress of works.
• Summary table of costs of the works compared with internal estimates and arising estimates to see the business efficiency of construction works.
• Perform other operations as required.

• University graduate or higher majoring in Accounting - Auditing, Finance;
• Having experience working in the field of finance and accounting at companies operating in related fields.
• Mastering accounting expertise and knowledge;
• Positive working attitude, honesty, integrity, exemplary, responsibility;
• Progressive spirit, not afraid of difficulties;
• Analytical skills, work arrangement;
• Planning, forecasting and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient communication skills;
• Can withstand high pressure and can travel when required.
• Basic English.
