- Analyze project requirements, prepare estimates, and execute project pricing following the company's procedures.
- Identify, select, and deploy construction teams and suppliers through a careful search and selection process.
- Estimate budgets, plan, and manage project expenses effectively.
- Proactively collaborate with relevant departments to efficiently address and resolve issues related to costs, construction teams, and suppliers in a swift and optimal manner.
