Job Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members (Digital, designer...) as well as cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
1. Content Creation:
● Support content development for various marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, SEO writings, and promotional collateral.
● Collaborate with the designer to create visually appealing and engaging content.
● Collaborate with Digital marketing executive to optimize the content for digital campaigns
● Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
2. Campaign Coordination:
● Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
● Manage logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
● Ensure timely reports about the recruitment progress of all programs at AIT Vietnam.
3. Social Media Management:
● Assist in managing and growing our social media presence (Fan page, LinkedIn, Instagram...)
● Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer interactions.
● Schedule and publish content on social media platforms.
4. Market Research:
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
● Stay informed about industry developments and make recommendations based on findings.
5. Administrative Support:
● Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
● Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
● Follow-up with deadlines and general tasks of the Marketing team.
6. Others related to office work may be assigned by the Director.

QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Creative mindset and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
● Experience in Education and/or Academic recruitment is a plus
