Job Description

Position: CEO’s Intern

 Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

 Reports to: CEO

 Company: Wareflex

This is not a typical internship. You’ll work directly with the CEO on strategic tasks, decision-making support, and operational execution. Ideal for a sharp, driven individual who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to learn how to build and scale a company from the front row.

●    Act as a strategic extension of the CEO in internal and external communications

●    Assist in preparing briefs, decks, and key materials for partners, investors, or team alignments

●    Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with a strong sense of priority

●    Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

●    Ensure timely execution and follow-through on tasks, decisions, and internal accountability

●    Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions

●    Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Communications, or related fields

●    Strong organizational and communication skills

●    Fluent in English and Vietnamese

●    Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

●    Bonus: any internship or leadership experience
