Overall:
Brindell evolved from being primarily an agricultural-based town into an area with diverse functions and purposes.

In 1800, the district was significantly divided by the presence of the River Stour, which was prominently situated in the center of the layout.
Brindell occupied the southwestern end of the river, with two distinct agricultural zones nearby – one to the north designated for crop cultivation and another to the east reserved for animal grazing.
In the northeastern part of the river, there was a wooded area.

By 1900, significant changes had occurred in the district, with the entire grazing area undergoing a notable transformation.
The upper portion of the grazing land was replaced with an industrial zone, and in the lower part, a village known as Bun Hill was established to accommodate workers.

Fast forward to 2000, Brindell had expanded and nearly doubled in size.
The farmland designated for crop cultivation had decreased in size as a result of the establishment of Bun Hill Park, and concurrently, Bun Hill had expanded, accompanied by the emergence of numerous new industries to the east of the village.

In the northern part, the map is supplemented with houses and parks of quiet life of residents.Basic amenities like school, hospital, shops,garden and steets were located near Railway station.
By 2009 all buildings changed to 180 dedrees, the woodland had been replaced by an Adventure Park, and the large house gave way to a hotel with a golf course. Apartment blocks emerged near the river, while factories and a shopping complex were constructed near the railway station. Additional houses replaced the public garden, signifying urban expansion.
The given three diagrams illustrate the changes occurred between 1800 and 2000 in the town named Brindell and its surroundings.
Overall, there were many developments with the addition of new amenities throughout the period.
To begin with, in 1800, the town was surrounded by farmlands, river named Stour and also the forest where Brindell covered only a marginal area. However, during the next decade, on the place of animal farmland, a new industrial area was developed above the new village called Bun Hill, that was also a new change for workers of the industry.
After 1900, there were huge changes where the area of crop farmland was drastically reduced along with the woodland. Moreover, a new Bun Hill Park was opened up covering half of the place of the woodland. Additionally, the town had the humongous expansion covering the Bunn Hill and most of the industrial area. Alongside the border of Brindell, many new industries were set up in the year 2000.
A comparison between Brindell town and local areas from 1800 to 2000 shows changes in the north-east and south-east parts of the town, with improvements in these areas.
In 2008, there were farmland crops in the north-west of the country, as well as in Brindell in the south-west. The River Stour is located in the center of these areas. On the opposite side of the farmland crops, there is farmland for animals. Meanwhile, woodland is located on the north-east side of the area.
Over the 200 years, there have been significant improvements in the east side of this place. The River Stour has become smaller, and facilities in the east side of the town have expanded. Instead of farmland for animals, an industry with a village for workers named Bun Hill has emerged. Additionally, a new Bun Hill and parking area have been developed in the north-east side of this place.
The map illustrates Brandfield, where plans are underway to develop two new shopping malls, labeled as Site S1 and Site S2.
Overall, the town is divided into several main areas. The City Centre is located at the heart of the town, surrounded by residential neighborhoods, a golf course, and an industrial zone. Both proposed sites are located outside the City Centre, offering a different set of advantages.
In the northern part of the map, Site S1 is positioned near the Housing Estate. This site is surrounded by the River, the Road, and the Railway, providing easy access from multiple directions. It is conveniently located for local residents, as it is closer to residential areas.
On the other hand, Site S2 lies southeast of the City Centre, adjacent to the Industrial Estate to the north. Although it is farther from the River, it remains well-connected via the Road and Railway. Its location near the Industrial Estate could attract workers and businesses.
It is clear that both proposed sites have distinct features. Site S1 is closer to residential areas, which could make it more accessible for local residents. However, Site S2 is near the Industrial Estate, which may appeal more to workers and businesses.
The maps illustrate the changes to a park between 1980 and the present.
Overall, the park has been modernized with the addition of new facilities, including a playground, a barbecue area, and bushes, while some features, like the pond and benches, have been retained.
To begin with, in 1980, the park included a pond in the center, surrounded by benches, which allowed visitors to relax and enjoy the view. There was also a flower bed in the southeast corner, while a group of trees occupied the northeastern part of the park. The park was enclosed by a gate, and there were no paths or recreational facilities at the time.
At present, several changes have been made to improve the park's functionality. The flower bed has been replaced with bushes, and a playground has been added in the southeastern part of the park. Furthermore, a barbecue area with chairs and desks has been introduced in the northeastern section, replacing the original trees. The pond and benches, however, remain unchanged, providing continuity with the park's original layout.
New pathways have also been introduced, enhancing accessibility and connecting the different areas of the park. These changes have transformed the park into a more versatile and family-friendly space, catering to both relaxation and recreational needs.
