1. Bài mẫu 1 + từ vựng
A house is like a sanctuary, a soul-cleansing haven for any of us so owning a house designed in their own way is a dream to many people. To me, I always visualize living in a villa in Ecopark – an eco-urban area on the outskirts of Hanoi.
I really take to the idea of a two-storey villa because it would fit my small cozy family. Just as people usually expect, my villa must have a beautiful landscaped garden around and a small pond for a close-to-nature lifestyle and inside the house should be teeming with cutting-edge technologies. Admittedly, I am a not-so-hardworking person so the idea of automation always appeals to me.
I myself know that to have such a house means to have such a lot of money because the real estate in the urban area Ecopark costs an arm and a leg. This makes the time issue really unpredictable and as I am still a university student, now I cannot say with certainty when I can live in that dream house.
Despite the exorbitant cost, it truly pays off to possess a villa like this. Ecopark, as I said earlier, is an eco-city so living there feels like living in a pristine environment with fresh air and vast greenery – a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the capital Hanoi. Having a house on my own also satisfies my freedom craze, allowing me to do whatever and whenever I want without being restrained by anyone.
Still, dream is just a dream but this dream villa gives me motivation to do my utmost to achieve the goal because after all, home is where the heart is, right?

It’s safe to say that I have given my dream house a considerable amount of thought. But first I must say that I’m currently residing in a small apartment in District 3, Saigon, a thriving metropolis in southern Vietnam.
However, I dream of moving to the breathtakingly beautiful mountainous area of Dalat, located in the central highland of Vietnam. My special house would have a variety of features. Firstly, it would be a two-storey detached house built from glass and timber with an outdoor terrace so that my family can sunbathe every day. I would also want to have an infinity swimming pool and an immaculately kept garden because I’m very passionate about flora and fauna. There is no greater feeling than being able to enjoy the idyllic scene that Dalat has to offer while relaxing in the water. Last but not least, it would be wonderful if my house had a spacious living room with a fireplace as well as an open-plan modern kitchen and a cozy dining room where I can invite all my friends over for dinner sometimes.
The reason why I want to have this splendid house is because I really appreciate the cold weather that Dalat has to offer and would love to immerse myself in the local culture there. The house would be big enough for all of the family to enjoy at once. Moreover, I would love nothing more than to be at one with nature and I think that house would really allow me to do that in a safe and comfortable environment. Dalat is also not too far from Ho Chi Minh City, so it might be convenient for travelling back and forth between the two locations if I need to.

Chắc chắn rằng tôi đã suy nghĩ rất nhiều về căn nhà trong mơ của mình. Nhưng trước tiên tôi muốn nói rằng tôi hiện đang sống trong 1 căn hộ nhỏ ở quận 3 Sài Gòn – 1 thủ phủ của miền Nam Việt Nam.
Tuy nhiên, tôi mong được chuyển đến miền núi Đà Lạt đẹp tuyệt vời nằm ở vùng cao nguyên của Việt Nam. Ngôi nhà đặc biệt của tôi sẽ có rất nhiều các điểm đặc trưng. Đầu tiên, nó sẽ là một căn nhà biệt lập 2 tầng xây từ gỗ và kính với một sân hiên bên ngoài để gia đình tôi có thể tắm nắng mỗi ngày. Tôi cũng muốn có 1 hồ bơi vô cực và một khu vườn được chăm sóc cẩn thận bởi tôi rất đam mê về thực vật và động vật. Không có cảm giác nào tuyệt vời hơn là có thể tận hưởng khung cảnh yên bình của Đà Lạt trong khi thư giãn dưới nước. Cuối cùng nhưng quan trọng không kém, sẽ thật tuyệt nếu ngôi nhà của tôi có một phòng khách rộng lớn với 1 lò sưởi cũng như một nhà bếp không ngăn vách và 1 phòng ăn ấm cúng nơi tôi có thể thỉnh thoảng mời tất cả bạn bè đến ăn tối.
Lý do tại sao tôi muốn có căn nhà tuyệt vời này là vì tôi thật sự rất thích không khí lạnh ở Đà Lạt và muốn được hòa mình vào văn hóa địa phương nơi đó. Ngôi nhà sẽ đủ lớn cho tất cả các thành viên trong gia đình sinh sống. Hơn nữa, tôi không mong gì hơn việc có thể hoà hợp với thiên nhiên và tôi nghĩ rằng ngôi nhà này sẽ cho phép tôi được làm điều đó trong một môi trường an toàn và thoải mái. Đà Lạt cũng không quá xa HCM, do đó nếu tôi cần di chuyển qua lại giữa 2 nơi thì cũng sẽ thuận tiện.
3. Bài mẫu 3 + Từ vựng
At the moment, I am sharing a dorm with 4 of my close friends. They are all genuine people and I love to live with them but in the long-term, I would like to move into a condominium in the center of Ho Chi Minh city to start my adult life. I already have a complete picture of my dream home, and how I would like it to be decorated. So, regarding the location, like I mentioned before, it has to be located in the city center so District 5 and 10 are now on the top of my list. Although I did consider the nearby suburb, I think it would take me forever to get to work, let alone face the terrible traffic jams. Secondly, my apartment will be equipped with all top-notch amenities, such as the laundry-folding machine, automatic air conditioning and lighting system, … These features will be connected by a home automation system, which I can control by verbal command through digital assistants like Alexa or Siri. Finally, I want it to have a spacious balcony overlooking a garden, where I can sit back and relax after a long day at work. This apartment would definitely make me feel at ease and give me a sense of stability in my life. I am saving up so I can make my dreams come true as soon as possible.
