Over the last few years, global issues such as traffic and pollution have received a great deal of attention from the public. Some believe that the best way to cope with the aforementioned problems is to rise petrol’s price. Personally, I am against the idea of adjusting gasoline’s price, and I strongly believe that there are other effective methods to tackle the problems.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why increasing petrol’s price would not ameliorate the situation. First and foremost, despite the price adjustment in recent years, the number of car drivers and motorcyclists does not seem to decrease. This is due to a fact that the need to drive of people nowadays is extremely high and they would eventually tolerate that reality; therefore, it is impossible to reduce traffic congestion and prevent pollution by applying this method. For example, the news of gasoline’s price soaring has caused a stir among Vietnamese people; however, there is no significant difference compared to the past in terms of the number of drivers.

On the other hand, there are a variety of alternatives to tackle this issue. Firstly, renewable and eco-friendly sources of energy should be put in use to lessen the emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Moreover, it is the governments’ responsibility to not only raise people’s awareness of the negative consequences of traffic jam in the city, but also encourage the citizens to opt for public transports when commuting so as to mitigate this issue.

To recapitulate briefly, increase in fuel’s price might have no major benefits on both environments and citizens. Therefore, alternative fuels should be the future of the current situation, which might help to reduce traffic and combat pollution issues.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

These days increasing the price of fuel has become a common trend in different nations to eradicate the problem of traffic congestion and environmental pollution. I completely agree with this notion and I will discuss it from the point of view of the environment and also how the government can take certain measures to overcome the same in the ensuing paragraph.

To commence with, as cities are becoming more urbanized, the villagers tend to migrate to cities for better job opportunities and as a result, it will lead to more vehicles on the road causing traffic and an increase in pollution. For instance, in my country, the government was not only able to solve the problem of traffic by introducing better metro trains across the city for the residents but also made the tickets affordable to attract them from the roads to use public transport. Hence, fewer private vehicles on the road and lesser congestion and pollution.

Moreover, the government should introduce more affordable Electric vehicles as an alternative to the fuel-consuming ones as it is a much more clean source of energy and also install electric-charging stations across the country to fulfil its charging needs. Apparently, it will result in less emission of carbon dioxide by vehicles consuming fuel. Apart from this, I think that the most effective and eco-friendly method to take charge of these problems is by deviating toward other sources of energy such as wind and solar energy which is available in abundance yet do not pollute our planet. Exemplifying further, the government has already started subsidizing the purchase of electric motor vehicles and cycles to promote a cleaner environment owing to future generations.

In conclusion, making natural fuels expensive is a great way to solve the increasing problems of traffic. Nonetheless, making public transport cheaper and more accessible will ultimately reduce the traffic on the road, and introducing more clean and reliable alternatives to fuel should be the primary focus to lessen the carbon emission.

Nowadays, the discussion related to solving the traffic and pollution problem has risen throughout the years. The idea of increasing the price of petrol might be the best solution at the moment. However, I must respectfully disagree with this notion as I believe it is just a shortcut solution and not  a viable solution.

To begin with, increasing the cost of petrol can decrease the use of private transportation since people will start to switch to public transportation. This can lead to a reduction in the number of vehicles on the road as well as pollution reduction. However, this solution only affects the lower-middle-income society since they didn’t have other options to commute after the cost of petrol increased. However, it is not solving the problem for wealthy people. They still can access it although the price rises throughout the years.

To solve the problem, the government should provide another solution related to this issue. One of the effective long-term solutions is the adoption of electric vehicles. The use of electric vehicles on public transportation and private vehicles can significantly reduce air pollution. In terms of solving the traffic problems can be solved by expanding the route of public transportation to every corner of the city. Numerous people travle by their own vehicles because of the lack of public transportation that cannot reach certain locations. Increasing the usage of electric vehicles in public transportation along with  expansion of the route it will be a sustainable solution related to the issue.

To sum up, although the idea of increasing the price of petrol might be a solid solution to solve the problems, it is important to address practical solutions that can help solve the issue in the long-t

The growing usage of gas-powered vehicles is one of the biggest causes of rising traffic jams and air pollution in our society. Increasing the price of fossil fuel is a solution which people have considered to be viable, but it also has its downsides.

Firstly, petrol plays a vital role in modern transportation. It is used to power most vehicles such as cars, buses, planes, and much more. But, vehicles using petrol will produce toxic fumes, which could lead to some concerns, for example, global warming and respiratory diseases. With most of the world’s transportation utilizing fossil fuels, resolving these issues is challenging.

However, one of the fixes to this problem is increasing the price of fossil fuels. If correctly implemented, it could greatly decrease the use of gas vehicles, because people will think that gas prices are way too high and eventually stop using private transportation or switch to a more environmentally safer alternative. It can lead to quiet roads and a significant drop in pollution. But, one of the downsides is that individuals with little free time could be late for instance, their work.

That is why a different solution is needed to resolve this issue. I think making electric vehicles cheaper to run and having lower tax rates is a great way to decrease air pollution. To decrease traffic, ensure a policy that only individuals with jobs that require private transportation are able to receive a driver's license.

In conclusion, while gasoline is undoubtedly an important factor for transportation, especially where an alternative is not possible, it can be reduced. A single solution can not resolve these problems, but a couple of approaches that tackle each issue are more likely to lead to clear roads and clean air.
