KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1- Engineering main duties:

1. Be responsible for engineering schedules like electrical, project, maintenance… to achieve maximized capacity utilization on manufacturing operations and superior product performance.

2. Implement, monitor all preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure minimum machine breakdown time.

3. Maintenance Planning/ Scheduling: Preparing maintenance schedules, including tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, inspections, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, overhaul plan using SAP, Ensure the continuous operation of machine/ equipment as production requirement and at expected efficiency. Ensuring that outline maintenance schedules are performed, and that the teams on each shift are carrying out the autonomous maintenance tasks assigned to them.

4. Conducting a review of maintenance data to identify failure modes and root causes of maintenance problems and to identify problems in time by using problem solving tool as 5WHY, ABR, PDCA.

5. Generate and provide engineering plan, direction, and coordination for all technical activities like new product design, changing and modifying machine design to extend the life operation time of machine and to enhance the machine performance.

6. Manage and control engineering department budget to deliver the excellent support with the optimum cost by spare parts sharing, local supplier, consignment supplier, Vendor supplier alliance.

7. CAPEX: Review and propose capex budget yearly, lead capex implement in Engineering department.

8. Implement programs such as: VPO, ISO for all assets, machines, processes, and operation to ensure high quality for all products.

9. Take leader to coordinate with production to implement all activities of continuously provident to reduce downtime and improve GLY/LEF in factory.

Education

· University degree in engineering/ electrical/ automation field.

Industry Experiences

· Knowledge of packaging equipment, industrial utilities, and/or equipment used in the Brewery

Desirable:Braumat, Siemens PLC, Rockwell PLC.

Position Experiences

· At least 2 experience years working in Automation and digital transformation.

· Knowledge of and experience as data analysis engineer

Desirable:Good knowledge about PowerBI, SQL server, Python, Kepware server, OPC server, UA

Language

· Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
