Mô Tả Công Việc
General Responsibility:
- To assist Head of Vietnam desk in developing local corporate portfolio under the strategy of the bank which is increasing business portion from local corporate business. The job holder will base in HCMC and cover the South market of Vietnam.
Accountability:
1. To approach and establish relationship with new customers to expand the bank’s credit customer base.
2. Be the trusted advisor and to provide the best suitable credit facility to the customer and within the bank appetite and with satisfactory return.
3. To collect information from various sources to evaluate the performance of each credit customer.
4. Together with Risk Analysis to prepare and sign off Credit Application, Credit Risk Rating and Annual Review and present Credit Application to the Management and IBG- Head Office.
5. To follow up the performance and monitor the risk of credit customer and report the potential problem account to the Management.
6. To act as the bank representative for matters related to the overall relationship externally and internally be the key responsible person of the relationship.
7. To assist Head of Vietnam desk in training and guiding new team members.
8. To coordinate with other departments in improving the overall performance of the branch.
9. To perform other assignment from the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Functional Skills
- Minimum 7 years corporate banking experience – focusing on local corporate portfolio.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business sectors or relevant qualification for corporate relationship management.
- Proven track record in hunting and developing new relationships. Ability to build up pipeline list (prospect list) and execute accordingly.
- Understanding of external business environment and regulations relating to credit and lending activities.
- Wide cross-sectors, lending products and lending structure knowledge.
- Experience in handling capital financing deal / complex structure credit facility.
- Experience in identify and managing risks.
Competences:
- Self-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Judgement and analytical skills
- Networking skill
- Negotiating skill
- Impact and influence
