• Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company polices.

• Assist slot supervisors and shift managers when required.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all guests have a pleasant visit.
• Verify all payouts and assists in the process of payments within permitted limitations.
• Ensure all machines are operational and working in the correct manner.
• Ensure all guests are greeted and responded to in a timely manner
• Observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance to guests when needed, advice slot guests on how to play machines, pay tables and any general questions on the casino.
• Remain vigilant to security issues throughout the property.
• Promote M-life and all casino related promotions.

• One year of previous customer service or retail sales background. Previous experience in slots would be an advantage.
• High school graduate or above.
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must present a well groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
