We are seeking a talented AI engineer with a strong background in computer vision, data processing, and model fine-tuning. In this role, you will leverage pre-trained AI models and focus on adapting them to solve business problems through fine-tuning and deployment. You will not be responsible for training custom models from scratch, but you must have a solid understanding of how AI models work, especially in the context of computer vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the core principles of machine learning and AI model operations.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate pre-trained AI models (computer vision, NLP, speech, recommendation, LLM, etc.) into business applications.
• Develop AI-powered backend services, APIs, and microservices to serve AI models.
• Build scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model inference, and post-processing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient programming code.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and model behavior.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for new features and improvements.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a Top university
• Solid understanding of how AI models work: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, transfer learning, etc.
• Experience working with popular pre-trained models and frameworks (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, TensorFlow Hub, PyTorch Hub, Azure AI, Google AI, AWS AI, etc.)
• Proficient in Python and key data science packages (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
• Experience developing backend services using REST API, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming data).
• Familiarity with deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or edge devices.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of basic MLOps concepts: model versioning, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Have good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation ( Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)

Remuneration package:

• Salary: Up to $4000 (Based on skills and experience)
• Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week); Break time: 12:00-13:00
• 100% Offered Salary in probation time
