Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our BA team and drive the successful delivery of innovative Fintech and e-Commerce products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain. This role requires a proven ability to manage requirements,and mentor a junior member of BAs, actively participate in product development and launch, provide critical support for production issues, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and product owners to understand their data needs, provide actionable insights, and ensure that reporting and data reconciliation meet their expectations.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype, Basic design, …
• Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and workflows for improvement or automation.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
• UAT: Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
• Data Reconciliation: Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources.
• SQL Querying: Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from databases.
• Google Sheets Management: Utilize Google Sheets to create, manage, and update data reports and dashboards. Leverage advanced functions and formulas to manipulate and present data effectively.
• BAU Support: Provide ongoing support for BAU activities, including monitoring and resolving data-related issues, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Support ad hoc reporting requests by generating and analyzing reports based on specific business needs and requirements.

Key requirements for this position include:

• Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields. 
• Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
• Give priority to candidates who graduated from High school for gifted school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with with a background in financial services and familiarity with business-as-usual operations
• Research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
• Mockup creation: Proficient in creating mockups using Figma to visualize and communicate user interface requirements effectively. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and participating in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Vision..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.

Remuneration Package

• Salary: Negotiate
• Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00
