Blue Ocean Chemicals Corporation

1. Issue VAT output e-invoice & send it to customers
2. Reconcile revenue and do VAT output report monthly
3. Support on VAT input report (15 days of a month)
4. Do AR collection for domestic customers. Do AR clearing when receive money and update incoming payment to Ops
5. Managing and monitoring accounts receivable, including invoicing, collection and reconciliations
6. Collaborating with the sales team to resolve customer billing and payments dispute
7. Other responsibilities and task as assigned by NFM.

- Experience on issuing e-invoice
- Experience on VAT report
- Knowledge of Account Receivable
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook...)
