Mô tả Công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Lab Manager in overseeing lab scientific and technical operations, especially for GLP track automation and high-volume routine tests in all lab sections, and monitor the facilities to identify the scope for improvement and implementation of any required changes in a timely and swift manner.
- Support the Lab Doctors’ team with lab results validations and approvals.
- End-to-end complaint management: investigating complaints, finding the root cause, suggesting corrective and preventive actions, and communicating it to clients/patients/doctors.
- Summarize OT checks and monthly attendance of the whole Lab, and report to the Lab Manager.
- Monitor, and update statistics on new test deployment of departments (monthly statistical reports).
- Get involved in ISO 15189:2022, DOH audits, and its documentation.
- Achieving % KPI as per the company and Lab Director’s vision.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENTS:
- A master’s degree in biomedical science or laboratory technical field or any other relevant subject.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the laboratory technical field.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills especially in English and Vietnamese (preferably), with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse and demanding increasing workload.
- Capable of multitasking and working proactively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as a leader of the team.
