• Develop and execute SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
• Write SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging content.
• Plan and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results.
• Enhance the company’s profile on listing sites to improve visibility.
• Support website updates to improve user experience and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Design and Sales teams to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on digital trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT outsourcing (ITO) or technology sectors, focusing on the global market.
• Proficient in English. 
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media management tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze marketing data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
