JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage full sales cycle including:
• Prospecting & identifying new business opportunities
• Qualifying leads (Inbound & Outbound)
• Meeting customers, understanding business needs
• Preparing proposals, quotations, and closing deals
• Receive, evaluate, and qualify Inbound Leads from Marketing channels and convert them into Business Opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings (online/offline) to present solutions and consult customers on ERP/IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Presales & Technical teams to propose suitable solutions and pricing.
• Support preparation of market research and competitor analysis for Enterprise Accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Participate in events, conferences, workshops, and forums to expand network and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience (domain IT), with a proven track record and direct sales (customer facing) experience, preferably in ERP industry
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong networking abilities with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in identifying opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
• Growth-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilitity.
