Job Description
Reporting directly to BOD, successful candidate will be in charge of the following responsibilities not limited to:
- Management and administration of all construction activities of the related projects;
- Negotiating necessary terms and participating in bidding projects for new development;
- Building strategies, leading and directing the development and implementation of the Company goals;
- Managing operational activities such as project search, bidding, finance, human resource management, search
- Projects execution monitoring, from pre-construction until full project implementation;
- Preparing, monitoring and controlling budgets control according to business plans;
- Effective business management, recruitment, training and development of the leadership team;
- Higher Degree in Construction, Architecture or other related fields;
- 10+ year working experience within the companies specialising in interior design, architecture, commercial real estate development;
- Experience in interior construction projects;
- Excellent understanding of bidding and subcontract management services;
- In-depth kn of financial management and business operations principles;
- Solid experience in project management and general management;- Fluent Vietnamese and English communication;
