- Research, analyze and identify potential legal risks in company contracts and transactions.
- Develop a system of standardized contracts and legal documents for regular operations, ensuring transparency and compliance with the law.
- Review contracts and legal documents from various departments, providing accurate and timely legal advice to protect the company’s interests.
- Advise and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent and mitigate legal risks during operations.
- Directly handle legal issues arising from the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Register, manage and protect the company’s intellectual property assets, including handling intellectual property infringement cases.
- Carry out legal procedures related to business registration and changes to the company’s registration information.
- Participate in resolving disputes, complaint and litigation related to the company, safeguarding its legitimate rights and interests.
- Manage legal service providers, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Monitor and update on newly issued legal documents related to the company’s business activities.
- Organize legal knowledge training to employees, improving employee’s awareness and compliance with the law.
- Participate in building and improving the company’s internal policies, regulations and rules, ensuring legality and practicality.
- Participate in handling labor law-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support relevant departments in recovering bad debts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Having a Lawyer’s License is an advantage.
- Having an Industrial Property Rights Certification or equivalent course is an advantage.
- Good leadership skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 700 or equivalent) and the ability to read and draft legal documents in English.

Công ty CP cà phê Thắng Lợi đứng chân tại huyện Krông Păk, tỉnh Đắk Lắk, với chức năng nhiệm vụ chính là trồng và chăm sóc, kinh doanh cà phê xuất khẩu và các mặt hàng nông sản,vv… với 2.141 ha diện tích đất được giao. Trong đó hiện nay Công ty đang quản lý 1.782 ha cà phê, với gần 1.200 cán bộ công nhân viên trong toàn Công ty, xây dựng các vùng nguyên liệu sạch và đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy chế biến hiện đại, từng bước tăng năng suất, chất lượng.
Trong nhiều năm qua Công ty đã áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật, công nghệ mới vào sản xuất giúp Công ty trở thành một trong các đơn vị hàng đầu của Tỉnh Đắk Lắk về sản xuất, chế biến, xuất khẩu cà phê chất lượng cao sang thị trường Nhật Bản và các thị trường khác.
