#Job Summary

The IT Senior Business Analyst in a consumer finance/banking company focuses on evaluating and enhancing financial processes and systems. This role requires understanding specific financial requirements, identifying areas for technological improvement, and developing IT solutions that align with the banking industry's standards. It involves close collaboration between financial stakeholders and IT teams, detailed analysis of banking operations, and effective management of technology projects to support the company's financial services and objectives.

#Key Responsibilities

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements from different stakeholders to understand the business needs.
  • Solution Analysis and Design: Develop and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements. Analyze IT systems and business models. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with IT Functional Teams and Business Units to improve systems and processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to inform business decisions and create reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within IT and business operations. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Requirement Document (URD), Use cases, User Stories, Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and others

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

#Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3.5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, banking - finance system, have experience with LOS/ CRM system.
  • Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates or equivalent) to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge and experiencing in BPMN, DMN, database schema, SQL, system comunication protocols such as HTTP, Restfull API, Web Service, …etc.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation standards, including system architecture, data models, and API documentation such as Open API, Blueprint, etc.
  • Familiarity with visualization languages and tools, such as draw.io, BPMN modler (e.g: Camuda Modler), DMN, UML, Entity Relationship diagram, Dataflow diagram, …etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Agile/Scrum). Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant methodologies.
  • Proficiency in writing use cases and user stories that effectively communicate user requirements to technical teams.

#Preferred Skills

  • Advanced technical skills, including understanding of software development and database systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile at entperpise scale (e.g: SAFe, Spotify, ScrumScale, LeSS)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Having background knowledge in finance, banking, accouting, card business domains are preferred (e.g: CFA certification, SAP, SAS …etc).
  • Having certifiates relate to Project Management, Scrum, Process Management is plus.
  • Knowledges and experiencing with complex algorithms and skills about rulesets, decision table, decision tree is plus (e.g: KIE Workbench, Drools, FICO Blaze).
  • Knowledge of DWH and Cloud Platform and Banking systems (Core Banking, LOS, BPM, ECM, Card System…) is a plus.
  • Having certifiates relate to Business Analyst is plus: IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
