Mô tả Công việc
- Develop and maintain partnership relationships supporting Division's strategy
- Develop ideas and sales plan via digital partnership channel which well support achieving growth & profitability target
- Monitor competitors' activities and assess their impact on the organization's business strategy
- Monitor and manage business partnership projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are implemented on schedule, within budget, and achieve set objectives
- Ensure the achievement of sales target, quality of credit portfolio and profitability as assigned KPIs
- Collect, analyze data, and prepare reports on the progress and outcomes of projects.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of partnership projects and propose improvement measures
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss and resolve issues related to business partnerships
- Collaborate with relevant departments in Digital Sales Devision and/or others Devisions in order to define the KPIs and handover successfully launched partners/ projects to Digital Sales Channel and Campaign Management Center for producing the sales volume
- Follow up and provide excellent customer services to existing partners, continuously looking for new cooperation opportunities with existing partners.
- Organize and participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and resolve arising issues.
- Perform other missions and duties as per requested by competent Authorities.

Professional skills
- At least 3 years of experience in business partnership development, preferably in the digital technology or consumer finance sector
- Deep understanding of products and services of the Consumer Finance and Banking Sector.
- In-depth knowledge and experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools;
- Proven track record of effective budget planning and management;
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights;
- Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams;
- Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving the target
- Technical knowledge: knowledge in Software development; Coding and designing; Product development architecture; Scrum and Agile development methodologies; User experience principles; Product backlog management
- English: Fluent in Listenning - Speaking - Reading - Writing
