Designing and Implementing Solution Architectures:
- Create comprehensive end-to-end solution architectures for transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Evaluate existing architectures and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts.
- Design IT systems and programs that address specific needs.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to meet project deliverables.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain architectural coherence across all products.
- Uphold best practices and standards.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive expertise in banking systems.
- Proficiency in contemporary programming languages and cloud platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity, and dynamic work environment.
- Strong technical acumen and design proficiency.
- Quick adaptability to new and emerging technologies.
- Self-driven with a proven ability to deliver features effectively.
