What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager in the Medical Device sector, your primary role will be to drive business growth in your assigned market. You will achieve this through effective management of Channel Partners, diligent reporting on market trends and competitor activities, and strategic planning for new product launches. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining business development pipeline reports and trackers, performing risk assessments, and coordinating deal execution processes. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets, develop new distributors, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of knowledge about your assigned product range.
* Achieve sales targets for assigned product portfolio
* Report on business prospects, competitor activities, market trends and sales performance within assigned markets
* Perform risk assessments, analysis, and evaluation of customer needs
* Coordinate deal execution process, including due diligence activities on potential targets and transactions
* Maintain business development pipeline reports and trackers
* Understand company internal processes to drive New Product Launches
* Develop new distributors to drive growth across portfolio
* Provide feedback on business processes as they relate to sales activities and processes
* Ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided
* Maintain high level of knowledge on assigned product range, competitor product, pricing, market share and key product differentiation
What you bring:

With 3-5 years' experience in channel partner or distribution management under your belt, you are well-equipped to handle the challenges of this role. Your advanced retail sales experience coupled with your ability to present financial information effectively sets you apart from others. Fluent English language skills are essential for this role.
