* Payroll:
- Support to proceed Teacher data (new hires, changes, additional earnings…);
- Support to proceed Teacher timesheet data from system to payroll and reconcile variances by utilizing tools;
- Check records of Teacher' working hours, review them for accuracy;
- Support to proceed payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely and accurately;
* Personal Income Tax (PIT)/SHUI
- Register for the issuance of PIT code for Teacher;
- Explain to Teacher issues on Teacher’s policies such as PIT; SHUI, leave days,etc.
- Cooperate with HR Team to process compensations and benefits relating to teachers signing the labour contract;
* Contract Management
- Select, make and follow suitable type of contracts for new Teacher, annex to contract, contract renewal, contract termination on time;
- Set up records and personnel file for new employees;
- Maintain employee’s records on the system and in the personnel file;
* Policies and regulations
- Follow all working procedures, policies, rules and regulations of TED and the company;
- Manage 24/7 channel;
- Handle, troubleshoot request and concerns from Teacher;
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Teacher and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
- Participate in researching and revising policies, regulation and processes annually or when needed;
- Collaborate with team members in maintaining the operation in right standard;
- Update and make necessary reports;
* Other
- Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager;
- Write announcement; update initiatives to Teacher.
