Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to consult, design, and propose video surveillance (camera) solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct system site surveys, analyze technical requirements, and design end-to-end solutions (solution design).
• Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, system diagrams, BOM (Bill of Materials), and solution descriptions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presales presentations to customers.
• Provide technical support during bidding, quotation, and contract negotiation/signing stages.
• Work with technology vendors and partners to stay updated on new products and solutions.
• Provide technical support to the implementation/deployment team when required..

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields.
• At least 01 year of experience in designing and deploying video surveillance solutions, including CCTV, IP Camera, VMS, NVR, AI Camera, etc.
• Solid knowledge of systems and networking, including:

+ TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching

+ Basic network security

+ Experience with servers and storage is an advantage

• Good understanding of camera deployment models for enterprises, factories, buildings, retail, transportation, and other environments.
• Strong presentation and solution-proposal skills, with clear communication and confidence when working with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and highly committed to work.

• Fixed monthly salary up to 20,000,000 VND - 40,000,000 (Base salary + Allowances).

Mô tả công việc

• Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh để tư vấn, xây dựng và đề xuất các giải pháp camera giám sát phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng.
• Khảo sát hệ thống, phân tích yêu cầu kỹ thuật và thiết kế giải pháp tổng thể (solution design).
• Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật: proposal, sơ đồ hệ thống, BOM, thuyết minh giải pháp.
• Thực hiện demo, trình bày giải pháp kỹ thuật cho khách hàng (presales presentation).
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong quá trình đấu thầu, chào giá và ký kết hợp đồng.
• Làm việc với các hãng/đối tác công nghệ để cập nhật sản phẩm, giải pháp mới.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho đội triển khai khi cần thiết.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Điện tử Viễn thông hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm xây dựng và triển khai giải pháp camera giám sát (CCTV, IP Camera, VMS, NVR, AI Camera…).
• Có kiến thức về hệ thống và network:

+ TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching

+ Network security cơ bản

+ Server, storage là một lợi thế

• Hiểu biết về các mô hình triển khai camera cho doanh nghiệp, nhà máy, tòa nhà, bán lẻ, giao thông, v.v.
• Kỹ năng thuyết trình, trình bày giải pháp tốt, giao tiếp rõ ràng, tự tin trước khách hàng.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm tốt.
• Chủ động, trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
