JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer (Ruby) to join our engineering team. As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using Ruby on Rails. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that power our products and enhance user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code.
• Developing and maintaining applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs for front-end integration.
• Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshooting and debugging server-side issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in back-end development with Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Vuejs) for integration purposes.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, S3.
• Working with marketing API such Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), ... is a plus.

Income

• Salary: Up to 35,000,000 VND. Twice-a-year bonus
• Performance review: Every January
