Summary: We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will provide administrative support to our staff. You will also handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, and schedule appointments and meetings. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and respectful manner. • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. • Manage the reception - conference area and ensure it is clean and organized and ready. • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. • Coordinate and book meeting rooms and equipment. • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. • Strong in writing and be confident manage our social medias.

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the hospitality industry and strong English communication skills. • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Commercial mindset. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Always ready with smiles & service mindset.
