As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will hold a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and presenting top-tier candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies, industry insights, and outstanding interpersonal skills, you will engage with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements aligned with their specific goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Recruitment & Business Development strategy that aligns with Elitez’s vision, mission, and business objectives in the Recruitment/HR Solutions Industry.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client prospects, managing the entire deal process from prospecting to negotiation and execution.
- Design and refine a tailored recruitment methodology for each talent acquisition process, encompassing sourcing, qualification, management, negotiation, and placement.
Deliverables
- Sustain a healthy pipeline of prospective leads to ensure a continuous flow of new business opportunities
- Maintain a robust workload to consistently meet targeted revenue streams.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and meet conversion targets.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least 1 core Industry / Function and familiar with general industries & common functions within each specialised division
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related fields.
- Proficient in English for effective communication and correspondence in business contexts.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and achieve conversion targets.
