Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on developing and implementing strategies to attract the best, grow, and retain talent. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment processes; building a strong employer branding and providing an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
1. Recruitment & Employer branding (60%):
- Handle full jobs of the recruitment process: Jobosting/Screening/Interviewing/Offering/Probation Evaluation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard talents; utilize effective sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and keep track of talent.
2. Training & People development (30%)
- Analyze the training needs to develop training programs that enhance employee know-how, skills, and performance to adapt to the business plan.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
- Conduct induction training for new employees.
3. Other (10%):
- Monitor labor contracts, employee profile & database, reward, and discipline records on time and accurately.
- Manage monthly payroll, allowances, and bonuses following company policies & laws;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum years 2 of experience in Recruitment, OD, having experience in Headhunt company is an advantage.
