Under the leadership of HR Manager, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for carrying out daily and periodically HR services as described below.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track hiring metrics including time- to- hire, time- to- fill and source of hire
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates in- person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
C&B tasks:
- Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
- Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self- insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & directors benefits administration;
- Manage staff database, labour contract, overtime database
- Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc.
- Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams projects & initiatives
- Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
- Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
- Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
3 . Foreigner services tasks:
- Monitor and perform activities to ensure legal compliance with the requirements of the Vietnamese government for expatriate employees working and living in Vietnam, including visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, as well as other legal documents/requirements related to expatriate employees and their accompanying dependents.
- Provide support and guidance to expatriates during their initial settling period.
- Provide guidelines and support for expatriates to obtain required documents (such as temporary residence books, Vietnamese health checks, Vietnamese police checks, etc.) for expatriate formalities&039; applications.
- Proceed with visa, work permit, and TRC applications, and follow up for renewals.
- Coordinate logistics for expatriates&039; relocation to Vietnam, including but not limited to guidance on document authentication, entry visas, flight tickets, shipment- in, and accommodation. Support orientation programs for new expatriate employees.
Others:
- Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job requirement
- Very good command in English (listening – speaking – reading and writing).
- Knowledge of administration regulations mandated by the Vietnamese government; knowledge of immigration laws and working laws for expatriates.
- BA Degree in Labor Relations/Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
