1. Plan in detail for each event throughout the year, including major and seasonal events. Clearly define the goals of each campaign and the accompanying budget.
2. Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
3. Assist in creating and distributing event collateral (i.e., invitations, event flyers, follow-up questionnaires for attendees)
4. Coordinate all facets of events with sales, marketing, and clinical staff to help encourage maximum attendance
5. Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure successful and productive patient-facing and physician-facing events
6. Development standards and procedures for various marketing events, including establishing best practices for events
7. Other duties/projects as assigned.
