Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager in the Banca Sales force Management and Training Department at MB Ageas Life in Hanoi. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing the sales force and providing training for the Bancassurance sales team and partners.

Main functions:

• Sales force Management (allocating sales force, performance evaluations,...)
• Training (developing training programs, training for the Bancassurance sales force and partners

Qualifications

• Sales Trainings, Training & Development, and Training skills
• Communication and Coaching skills
• Experience in managing sales force teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor and above
