Develop annual Marketing plans based on the company's brand and business strategies.
Create Marketing plans for each sales period and product collection launch.
Manage and coordinate with the team to execute Brand Communication Activities.
Manage and coordinate with the team to implement Digital Marketing and E-commerce campaigns.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness through the measurement and analysis of Marketing and Sales metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Ability to develop and execute Marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of Integrated Marketing Communications and experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce is an advantage.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Passion for and desire to grow a career in a dynamic, young working environment.
