Provide realistic business plans/sales forecasts from topline to bottom line, understand how to influence business KPIs performance.
Lead a team toward delivering sales turnover and margins while managing sales expenses within planned levels.
Ensure Account Receivable collections as per trade terms, and limit bad debts with effective credit management, tracking, and creditworthiness of customers.
Check, analyze, and update sales reports based on available facts and metrics; suggest opportunities.
Develop, negotiate, and implement trading terms with customers to drive pay-by-performance growth, optimizing in-store execution, brand presence, and sell-through to represent our brands to consumers according to set standards.
Build, maintain, and enhance the partnership with all the accounts, maintaining effective customer service levels to meet order processing, route, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the internal team (Supply, Demand, Marketing, and Supply Chain) to update or forecast regional sales for the month or quarter calculated based on inventory units (SKUs).
Prompt action to sell as per forecasted quantity and liquidate old inventory if any.
Negotiates internally as well as externally to ensure acceptance of new standards or concepts.
Analyze market information, customer feedback, and competitor information and propose appropriate product development plans, business plans, and marketing activities.
Evaluate constantly and adapt/enhance existing processes/terms of trade

Minimum Experience of at least 2-3 years as an Area Sale Manager
Prior experience working in the beauty and cosmetics industry is preferred but not a must
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Good planning and implementation skills.
Team management and training skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Do market research and set up distributions.
Develop a sales plan by month, quarter, or year to achieve sales in the area in charge.
Plan, implement, and track sales, coverage, distribution, and display in the region.
Recruit, train, and develop sales competency for the sales team.
