Manage and plan Lixibox all creative and communication aspects
Report directly to CEO, planning budget, KPI, forecast, report
Manage a team responsible for Lixibox Magazine, all social media viral contents, all creative and brand events/ campaigns, KOLs, and external communications
Verify, edit & be ultimately responsible for all media contents (PR articles, press releases, social posts, scrip, banners, social seeding...)
Support Brand PICs for developing & editing brands contents (labels, TVC board...) - Contribute to annual Brands strategies
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
To effectively position the brands by assessing the market characteristics, competition, and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins
Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness
Ensuring smooth delivery and communications between vendors, brands, or external suppliers
Responsible for recruiting, training & developing the sub-team
Work for cross-team with BUYERs to understand products, with external KOLs/ PR/ vendors and outsourced teams to create product virals directly to push sales
Able to create creative marketing budget monthly and per event
Study company brands and audiences
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

5+ years working in product management/ ad and creative agency with 3+ years experience working on e-commerce
Foreign educated, highly organized with excel, strong with process and time management
Experience at an e-commerce company is a strong asset
Experience and a good understanding of U/X, A/B Testing, Google Analytics, and other website tools and SEO
Experience with agile project management
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create and deliver solutions that scale
Proven ability to prioritize features, understand trade-offs, and make decisions
Proven experience in understanding customer behavior and driving transactions on e-commerce platforms
