1. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and maintain efficient collaboration systems, such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack, to streamline communication and project management.
2. Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within the marketing team to enhance productivity, adaptability, and delivering value to customers.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
4. Plan and coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team participation and continuous improvement.
5. Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize workflow.
6. Continuously assess and improve marketing processes using LEAN principles, eliminating waste and maximizing value creation.
7. Train and coach team members on Agile and LEAN methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Assist in managing the marketing backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and resource availability.
9. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as user stories, product backlogs, and process workflows.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile and LEAN methodologies, and propose improvements to the marketing team's processes
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on implementing collaboration systems and Agile methodologies.
3. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and LEAN principles, with proven experience in their practical application.
4. Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams towards a common goal
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack).
8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Working hours are from 9am - 6pm daily.
- Standard food cost is $15 per day - Probation has 6 days off, official has 7 days off. Can be arranged any day of the month Or arrange 6 or 7 consecutive days off to return to Vietnam/go out (the remaining days are worked continuously).
