Mô tả Công việc 1. Human Resources Manage and implement recruitment plan for Hanoi Branch including: search candidate, application screening CVs, interview arrangement and inform to the candidate. Control and follow up Staff Referral Program Prepare for new hire on-boarding process :document, equipment, offer letter, conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. Work closely with HR HCM team to ensure the administration process from recruitment to the exit of individual employee to be strictly implemented and recorded properly. Coordinate with HR Recruitment & Training HCM to arrange training activities for Hanoi Branch. Manage attendant records, annual leave, sick leave of employees. Support, answer and transfer documents like: Insurance, claim PVI Insurance, Labor contract,... Assist Manager - Vietnam North Region to promote and strengthen compliance activities . Employee relation: be a friendly contact point between HR and employees; build up strong relationship and get trust from internal employees. 2. Office Administration Maintain the company's professional image Make the all payment request for supplier, make an excel sheet to follow grab cost each month. Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to ordering stationery, airplane and car booking, managing the use of taxi card, grab taxi & accommodation for business trip, namecard, office cleaning,... Make sure all resources are ready (buying office tools/ equipment, food and drink...) Arrange and make plan for company activities/ events such as party, outing/ company trips, year-end party, etc. Support IT like : manage internet, camera and contact suppplier to solve the problem about network. Other assignments required by Manager - Vietnam North Region / HRM.
