•Recruit and select qualified employees for assigned positions within the designated timeframe.

•Manage working time, wages, salaries, and social security in compliance with company. policies and legal requirements.

•Provide support in welfare management and employee relations, ensuring alignment with company regulations and applicable laws.

•Oversee Human Resources development, organize activities to improve work quality, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance relationships between employees and the company.

•Collaborate with other departments to establish and monitor KPIs for employee performance evaluation.

•Prepare and manage information, budget plans, and reports related to your areas of responsibility.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

•At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources

•Presentation skills and coordination skill

•Good computer skills

•Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and creativity

•Has flexibility in traveling to work across the area.

•Good English communication skills

•Good communicate in Thai language is preferable
